Louis is a husband, father, Army veteran, ordained minister, and helping professional. His approach was shaped not only by graduate education, but also by marriage, fatherhood, military service, trauma recovery, ministry, and years spent walking alongside people in difficult seasons.

Iron & Olive was built for people who want honest support and usable direction—not labels. In a society that can be unforgiving and quick to reduce people to their worst moments, Louis believes you should be challenged to take responsibility without being taught to reject yourself. Sessions focus on education, skill-building, accountability, communication, personal responsibility, and clear next steps.
