What we measure

Page paths, visit times, referral domains or campaign tags, device category, approximate location when provided by our hosting service, and clicks on scheduling, email, and phone links. A random identifier in session storage groups activity within a browser tab, expiring after 30 minutes of inactivity. This does not identify a person.

We do not store names, email addresses, IP addresses, form contents, full referral URLs, age, or gender in this analytics system. Approximate location may be unavailable. Tracking does not measure completed SimplePractice bookings, coaching conversations, or payments.

Coaching contact requests

When you submit a contact request, we store your name, email, optional phone number, preferred contact method, brief description, permission to contact you, and submission time for Louis to review in his private dashboard. This is separate from anonymous traffic analytics. Requests remain stored until removed by the website administrator. Contact Louis to request removal.

We use FormSubmit to send Louis a notification containing a link to his dashboard and a random request reference. Your contact details and description are not sent to that notification service. This form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Your choice

Browsers with Do Not Track enabled are excluded. You can also disable analytics on this browser below. Your choice stays in this browser’s local storage until you clear it or change your selection.

Access and questions

Reports are restricted to the website owner. Event records currently remain stored until removed by the site administrator; the dashboard reports the most recent 90 days. Contact LouisRogers@ironandolivecoaching.com with privacy questions.
